Procurement of a Residential Funder / Registered Provider for the Affordable Housing Opportunity at Bury Interchange

TfGM is seeking a Residential Funder / Registered Provider to fund, own, manage and operate an affordable rental residential development of approximately 70-85 apartments in Bury town centre as part of the wider Bury Interchange redevelopment.

The Development Partner will provide design development input and enter into contractual arrangements with TfGM, including a Collaboration, Funding and Development Agreement and long-term lease.
