Procurement of mobile electric rollpacker

This contract has been awarded by direct call-off under the Scotland Excel Framework 0923 Waste Disposal Equipment. In accordance with the framework award provisions, Bergman Direct Ltd is the only supplier within Lot 4 able to meet the authority's technical specification and required delivery timescale. Market verification was undertaken by the service area, which confirmed that no alternative framework supplier could provide a compliant solution within the required timescales. Accordingly, a direct award was made to the supplier offering the only compliant framework solution.
