The requirement is for the Provision of an Employee Benefits Scheme via a Self-Service Benefits Platform. The Supplier must provide an Electronic System that provides Users with a single point of access to the following Benefit Schemes as a minimum:

• Cycle 2 Work Scheme (Please note the preference is for this to be open all year round)
• Information Technology Purchase
• Mobile Phone Purchase
• Car Leasing Scheme
• Car Parking Scheme
• Local Benefits
• Employee Retail Discounts
• Leisure Discounts
• Holiday Discounts
• Gym Membership

The Contracting Authority does not incur any costs for the current Benefits Platform. Therefore, the estimated indicative spend per annum for this contract is not known.
