The contract provides for the delivery of RingCentral's cloud-based telephony and unified communications platform, including business telephone licences, inbound and outbound calling, call routing and management, reporting functionality and associated technical support

The service includes an existing bespoke integration with Local Space's Civica housing management system, supporting caller identification, access to customer records, click-to-dial functionality and call activity logging.

The proposed award supports continuity of existing communications services and integration arrangements, avoiding potential additional migration, reconfiguration and implementation costs.
