Provision of Electrical Maintenance, Upgrade, Inspection and Testing of Void Properties

Bolsover District Council are conducting this tender to establish a contract for the electrical maintenance, upgrade, inspection and testing of void properties owned by Bolsover District Council.

The electrical supplier will undertake; electrical repairs, alterations, rewires and periodic condition reporting on all identified installations. During the life of the contract, the supplier may also be requested to undertake one-off electrical projects.
