Provision of Hillingdon's Growth Plan and StrategicAsset Review

Hillingdon Council is working to transform its approach to place-making and asset management, taking a proactive approach to support the delivery of wider corporate objectives. To effectively navigate these challenges and opportunities, the council was seeking to commission the combined development of a Local Growth Plan and Strategic Asset Management Plan to support its place ambitions.

The project brief proposed two work packages intended to run concurrently.
