This Contract will include, however, will not be limted to: - Pest control services / inspections / treatments: - Planned preventative maintenance: - Ad-hoc / reactive service visits: - All personnel must be suitably qualified & equipped to carry out the required services: - Standard 24-hour response time from reciept of call, unless otherwise agThe University of Strathclyde ("the University") is seeking to establish a contract to support the delivery of the activities outlined below. This Contract will include, however, will not be limted to: - Pest control services / inspections / treatments: - Planned preventative maintenance: - Ad-hoc / reactive service visits: - All personnel must be suitably qualified & equipped to carry out the required services: - Standard 24-hour response time from reciept of call, unless otherwise agreed by the University; and - In exceptional circumstances, an emergency 4-hour response time from receipt of call..
