Description
RGU’s Estates Department currently procures property professional services on an ad-hoc, project-by-project basis through individual quotation and tender procedures. While this approach provides flexibility, it has resulted in the involvement of multiple property teams over time, with the potential for reduced continuity of knowledge and experience relating to RGU’s estate assets.
To improve service delivery times, increase efficiency, and enhance the retention of asset-specific knowledge, RGU intends to appoint a single, suitably qualified organisation to provide comprehensive asset-related property services.
