Description

South Lanarkshire Council has a requirement for a suitably qualified and experienced service provider to deliver a Water Quality (WQ) Management Service, including Legionella Risk Assessments and Risk Assessment Reviews.

The service will also include water sampling, together with the collection and transportation of samples to an appropriate accredited laboratory.

The purpose of this contract is to ensure compliance with the Health and Safety Executive’s Approved Code of Practice L8 and associated guidance, and to support the Council in meeting its statutory and regulatory obligations in relation to water hygiene and the management of Legionella risk
