Description
The Trust seeks an experienced strategic improvement partner to co-design, mobilise and embed a Trust-wide Quality Management System (QMS) and Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) operating model. The programme must The programme must establish and embed an Integrated Accountability Framework, ensuring clear ownership, line of sight and accountability for quality, safety, operational performance and improvement from Board to ward.
