'The Quality Monitoring team will support continuous improvement throughout the SIA through the development and delivery of focused quality assurance tools.'

This new Quality monitoring (QM) software/ product will, in combination with the supporting quality monitoring scorecard, provide teams with an objective tool to:

• assess the quality of their service
• identify good practice
• identify vulnerabilities with processes
• identify individual and organisational training and development areas
