Description
The project involves the construction of two single occupancy industrial units.
The units comprise of steel portal frame, cladding, reinforced concrete floor, roller shutters, curtain walling and personnel doors.
The external works include concerete serivce yards, car parking, footpaths, partial road construction, fencing and soft landscaping.
A level of infrastrcuture works has already been carrired out but final drainage and utility connections are required.
