Recycling and Disposal of Commercial and Industrial Waste 2027-2032

The Group invites potential suppliers to provide a submission as per the ITT to establish a contract for Recycling and Disposal of Commercial and Industrial Waste

The Group will hold a tender competition in accordance with the Procurement Act 2023 using the Open Procedure.

The Contract will be for an initial 36 month period, with an option to extend for a further 2 periods of 12 months each, subject to satisfactory contract performance and the Group still having the need and funding for the Contract. The total contract duration will not exceed 60 months.

Gentoo have decided this contract will be split into lots.

This Contract is being offered under the Gentoo’s standard Terms and Conditions. These terms and conditions will govern any resultant Contract.

The total estimated value of the initial term of the Contract, excluding VAT, is approximately £4-5M. This is an indicative amount for information only and no guarantee of future Contract value or volumes should be assumed.

The ITT contains the information and instructions the potential supplier needs to submit a Tender.

The Contract will have a provision for Gentoo Homes & Gentoo Developments
