Description
East Suffolk Council (‘the Council’, ‘ESC’) is looking to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced supplier for the refurbishment, capital upgrades and internal remodelling of a three-bed semi-detached house, located in Stoven. Along with demolition of rear extension. The property is within the councils HRA stock and is currently void, refurbishment will allow us to return the property to use.
