Relocation of Post-16 Provision to the Kirkby Centre (Phase 2)

Knowsley Council require a contractor to remodel and refurbish the Kirkby Centre to accommodate the Alt Bridge post-16 provision.

The outline scope of the works is as follows:

• Site set up;
• Site preparation & strip out;
• Structural alterations
• Install passenger lift
• External works including new road layout
• Installing fencing
• M&E amendments;
• Fitting out;
