Remedial roofing and other related works at Avondale Park Primary School

Urgent remedial works is required at Avondale Park Primary School to ensure the building is watertight, safe, and fit for continued use.

The scope of works includes:

• Flat and pitched roof renewal and repairs
• Replacement of defective windows, doors and cladding
• Associated brickwork and stonework repairs
