Remediation works to buildings in Lydd and Rype Village

Repair and remediation works to 160 buildings of a minor works nature:

1. Floor repairs/replacement where required
2. Wall repairs/repaint where required
3. Ceiling repairs/repair/repaint where required
4. Radiators repaired/replaced/repainted were required
5. Windows repaired/replaced/repainted were required
6. Plug sockets and switches repaired/replaced/repainted were required

All asbestos and lead paint testing would have been done and a register of affected areas provided prior to works commencing.
