Renewable Air Source Heat Pump Installations

Installation of air source heat pumps to domestic properties owned and or managed by the Employer. The Contract is let on a JCT measured terms basis over a 3 year fixed term with 2nr one year extension options. There is no volume or workflow guarantee but indicatively it is anticipated that orders for works totalling £400,000 for year 1; £1,300,000 for year 2 and £1,300,00 for year 3 will be instructed.

The underlying contract is awarded following a mini competition from Lot 2 - Installation of Air Source Heat Pumps (<£1m) of the EN:Procure DPS for Compliance Works
