Replacement of Existing Lighting and Control Systems Across the Kensington Town Hall

The Royal Borough of Kensington & Chelsea (RBKC) has awarded a works contract to Urbis Schréder Ltd (Company No. 01095726) for the provision of qualified and experienced services to undertake the installation of LED lighting and the upgrade of lighting controls throughout the KTH campus.

The contract has a duration of 6 months, commencing in August 2026.

A further competition was conducted in accordance with the Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) established by the Yorkshire Purchasing Organisation (YPO), under DPS Reference No. 925 - Highway Electrical Installations, Category 2 (including associated services).
