Request for Information ( RFI ) Evaluation of Navigator diversionary pilot for prolific shoplifters

The Office of the Police and Crime Commissioner for Hertfordshire is seeking information from experienced providers regarding the delivery of an evaluation of the Navigator diversionary pilot.

Please note -

The intention is for the OPCC to award the service following the RFI process via a Grant agreement

A procurement process is not anticipated at this stage.
