Request for Information - Shared Lives Services within Buckinghamshire

Buckinghamshire Council (the Council) is seeking to commission a Shared Lives Service that promotes independence, choice and community inclusion for adults with eligible care and support needs, while supporting the continued growth of the service.

The purpose of this Request for Information is to help the Council better understand the current Shared Lives market and inform the forthcoming procurement process. The anticipated contract term is four (4) years, with the option to extend for a further four (4) years.
