Description
The Royal Borough of Greenwich is undertaking preliminary market engagement to inform the future commissioning and procurement of residential accommodation and support services for adults with learning disabilities, autism and complex needs.
The Council is reviewing future arrangements for five Council-owned, CQC-registered residential care homes providing approximately 41 residential bed spaces. The Council owns the properties and acts as landlord.
The future service is expected to provide high-quality, person-centred residential care and support for adults aged 18 years and over with learning disabilities, autism, profound and multiple learning disabilities (PMLD), complex health needs and behaviours that may challenge.
The Council wishes to engage with potential providers to help shape future service models, procurement arrangements, property and lease arrangements, mobilisation requirements and contract structures.
