Description

The aim of the service is to provide specialist psychological interventions to reduce the health and housing harms linked to drug and alcohol dependence by providing joined‑up, person‑centred support to people who are rough sleeping with a drug and alcohol treatment need.

The Rough Sleeping Drug & Alcohol Treatment (RSDAT) Psychology Service is part of a multi‑disciplinary team providing flexible, relationship‑based outreach, harm reduction and rapid treatment access for people who are dependent on substances and rough sleeping. The service will provide specialised psychological support to individuals and input into improving psychologically informed practice of other staff members working as part of the RSDAT multidisciplinary team.
