Saltash Guildhall Internal Works

Saltash Town Council is seeking tenders from suitably qualified contractors for internal remodelling works at the Guildhall, Lower Fore Street, Saltash.

The project comprises refurbishment and adaptation works to support revised council operations and meeting functions, including:

Manufacture and installation of bespoke horseshoe-shaped council chamber desking accommodating approximately 20 members/users.

Supply and installation of audio visual equipment to support hybrid meetings, Microsoft Teams connectivity, microphones, displays, speakers and associated control systems.

Installation of an assisted listening system.

Electrical alterations and new power and data infrastructure within the First Floor Long Room.

Electrical and data alterations within the Ground Floor Council Chamber.

Electrical and data alterations within the Clerk's Office.

Heating alterations including replacement radiators within the Council Chamber.

Supply and installation of acoustic underlay and new carpet finishes within the First Floor Long Room.

Associated commissioning, testing, certification, training and making good.

The works will be undertaken within an occupied civic building and contractors must maintain safe operation of the premises throughout the contract period.
