SCC - Operational Disposal Services Contract

This Contract will comprise:

• The operation of:

o 14 Community Recycling Centres (CRC)

o Five Waste Transfer Stations (WTS), all of which are co-located with CRCs

• The Design, Build, Finance and Operation (DBFO) of:

o One WTS at Doman Road, Camberley

o One WTS and CRC at Slyfield Industrial Estate, Guildford

• Offtake of all materials excluding:

o Residual 'black bag' waste

o Dry mixed recycling (DMR)

o Food waste

o Green waste

• Haulage of all material
