SCS Recruitment Campaign Services

The Supplier will deliver a comprehensive executive recruitment campaign for a Senior Civil Service Grade 1 (SCS1) position. The Supplier will provide an end-to-end executive search and recruitment service, supporting the Buyer in attracting, assessing and appointing a diverse field of high-calibre candidates with the appropriate leadership capability, technical expertise and values required for a senior public sector leadership role.

The recruitment activity must align with Civil Service Commission Recruitment Principles and support fair, open and merit-based recruitment.
