Description
NHS SEL ICB (hereafter referred to as "the Authority") sought to procure SEL ICB (Bexley) Community Social Prescribing services ("the Services") via a Most Suitable Provider Process in accordance with the Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023 (as amended) (PSR).
This is a PSR Confirmation of Abandonment Notice. For avoidance of doubt the provisions of the Public Contract Regulations 2015 do not apply to this award.
