SEND Extension and Renewal of Roof Covering

SEND Extension, internal and external works, 57371, the works briefly comprise of:  New timber frame extension to provide SEND classroom.  Removal and infill of windows in reception area  Removal and infill of 2 no. windows from pupils WC  Removal of 1 no. window in corridor and fire door installed to the aperture.  Removal and renewal of textured coated ceilings to WC.  Removal and installation new flat roof covering to WCs and installation of 3no skylights.  Renewal of existing flat roof covering to boiler house  Making good existing classroom wall from historical damp issue.  Provision of a new stable door to existing classroom.
