Senior Fire Safety Officers Training – Operational Element

To provide a new operational training course for the cadre of Senior Fire Safety Officers (SFSOs)

To have been delivered to all officers in the cadre (approximately 48) by the end of financial year 2026/27.

The cadre of Senior Fire Safety Officers which is made up of Station Commanders and Group Commanders on the flexi-duty system and numbers approximately 48 people over four rota groups
