Description
HM Revenue & Customs (HMRC) has awarded a contract for the design, build and implementation readiness of ServiceNow-based case management and knowledge management capabilities for the Unity Programme. The services include discovery and design activities, ServiceNow portal development, HR, Finance and Procurement case management configuration, platform integrations with SAP and ServiceNow environments, identity and access management capabilities, testing, knowledge transfer and transition support.
