SKDC-1520 Facility Management Services

The Council Invited tenders for the supply of works in respect Kesteven District Council (SKDC) seek tenders for the Building Facility Management, PPM and repairs South within the corporate buildings that it owns and/ or manages. The Supplier will have the capacity and expertise to offer a reliable call out service with sufficient resource to maintain all sites throughout South Kesteven District Council's estate.

This procurement will bring alignment to building facility management services across South Kesteven District Council by facilitating the existing contract to finish at the same time.
