Within the next 2 years, the contract for several of St Helens Borough Council's Asset Management software systems will come to an end. We have therefore decided to look at a whole market re-procurement exercise to understand what is available to cover a range of services across the Operations Department, including (but not limited to) Highways & Infrastructure and Open Spaces
