SONI084 IT Sourcing & Procurement Advisory Services

SONI is seeking to appoint a Sourcing and Procurement Advisory provider to plan, manage, and execute competitive procurement processes across the IT Separation Programme workstreams, in full compliance with the UK Procurement Act 2023 (PA23) and associated Procurement Regulations 2024.

The appointed provider will act as SONI's primary procurement advisory partner throughout Phase 2, working alongside SONI's internal procurement team, internal programme team and external technical advisors.
