Description
To develop the Spatial Development Strategy, CPCA requires:
a digitally based platform able to assess land suitability for development against a range of data layers and growth parameters.
Development of appropriate growth parameters that draw from a number of existing strategies and policies
Support to develop growth scenarios to test against a place vision and the Local growth plan in order to have scenarios ready for engagement in May 2027
