Description
SPS are looking to appoint a Contractor for the phase 2 roof refurbishment at HMP Greenock, this will entail removal of an existing felt roofing system to the front of house - estates and visits roof areas, and replace with a new tapered insulated bitumen membrane roof system. SPS expect this work to begin in February 2027 through to late Spring 2027.
