Description
The SPS require a number of staff tea point facilities to the replaced within HMP Low Moss.
The Contractor shall be responsible for the removal and disposal of all redundant materials arising from the works, the supply and installation of all new tea point components, and the completion of all associated builders' work required to deliver a fully fitted installation. Electrical and plumbing reconnections will be undertaken separately by the Employer's own maintenance personnel; however, the Contractor shall ensure all required cut-outs, interfaces and access arrangements are provided to facilitate these works.
