Statutory Property Risk and Compliance Services

Provision of a managed Statutory Property Risk and Compliance service across Staffordshire University Academies Trust. The service supports compliance with statutory property legislation and includes management of service contracts, contractor performance monitoring, compliance inspections and testing, management of statutory maintenance programmes, legislative updates and access to the Entrust Property Portal. Entrust acts as the Trust's managing agent and manages contractors appointed to deliver statutory compliance services.
