Stonewater are seeking Expressions of Interest from suitably experienced contractors to deliver 39 units on a greenfield site in Henlade, Somerset.

All works will be let through a JCT contract between the successful Contractor and Stonewater.

The site area is approximately 2.49ha. The proposal consists of 39 dwellings and will accommodate a mixture of affordable tenures with 25% of the homes being secured under the Section 106 agreement, meeting policy compliance.
