Description
Street Outreach component of the London Borough of Hackney's wider Rough Sleepers' Support Service for people sleeping rough or at risk of sleeping rough in the borough. The team will identify and engage with people sleeping rough in Hackney and in need or want of assistance with getting into accommodation and off the streets.
