Structural Engineer

Thetford Town Council wishes to appoint a Structural Engineer with demonstrable experience in historic buildings, conservation projects and traditional construction.

The successful consultant will assess the structural condition of the building, develop repair recommendations, contribute to design development and support the wider consultant team in delivering a viable and fundable project.

The Structural Engineer will provide technical support throughout the Development Phase and assist in the preparation of documentation required for planning, listed building consent, cost planning and future funding submissions.
