Description
Dumfries and Galloway Council is seeking to engage with the market to better understand the available options for the supply and distribution of milk to Council establishments across the region, including schools, nurseries, and other educational settings.
The Council is undertaking this engagement exercise to inform the development of a future procurement strategy and to ensure that the chosen delivery model meets operational requirements, sustainability objectives, and delivers best value.
