Description of the circumstances which rendered the modification necessary and explanation of the unforeseen nature of these circumstances:

Lots 2,3&4: IZ Energy Services Ltd withdrew 09/09/2025. Lot 3: Solar Advanced Systems Ltd withdrew 21/05/2026. Lots 4&5: Centrica Business Solutions UK Ltd withdrew 27/10/2025. Lot 5: Calisen Group removed post-award due to not being able to meet the requirements of the Lot. Lot 5: Aegletes III Holdco Ltd awarded after clarification. Lot 4 value increased from £20,000,000 to £30,000,000. Lot 5 value confirmed at £20,000,000. Total value rises from £60,000,000 to £89,000,000
