On site (and across North Lanarkshire) fitting service will be required as part of the agreement. Due to the evolving nature of the College's requirements, the Authority reserves the right to procure products not included within the Core Product List where a genuine operational need arises, provided such products remain within the overall scope of the framework. The Authority also reserves the right to permit other College departments not already stated to access and utilise the framework during its term should an operational requirement arise..
