SUPPLY CHAIN NOTICE - WC1996742- NDT TESTING OF PSD TANKS T3 & T6, AKROTIRI, CYPRUS

The work described below will be undertaken for the two tanks one at a time:

• Out of service inspection, including non-destructive examination and testing, grit blasting and recoating of the tank bottom and part of the shell plates
• The rectification of any repairs identified following the NDT testing

Location: Akrotiri Petroleum Supply Depot (PSD), CYPRUS

The Provisional Key Tender dates for the project are as follows:

• Expression of interest: 10/08/2026
• Expression of interest return: 31/08/2026
• Invitation to Tender: 07/09/2026
• Tender Return Date: 12/10/2026
• Contract award: 04/01/2027
• Commencement of work: 07/01/2027
• Completion of work: 19/07/2027

The currency of this project is Euro (€).

The location of this project is Akrotiri, Cyprus (British Forces).

Any company wishing to participate in this tender should complete the Pre-Qualification Questionnaire (PQQ) and the EOI form which are attached and return them electronically to the above email address by no later than 12:00 EET on 31/08/2026.

For companies that have submitted a PQQ within the last 12 months, there is no requirement to re-submit it. They must provide the details of their last PQQ submission to guarantee inclusion on the invitation list.
