Supply, Installation, Maintenance and The Right to Display Advertising on Bus Shelters in North East Lincolnshire

North East Lincolnshire Council (NELC) is seeking to engage with the market regarding a potential future contract opportunity for the supply, operation, maintenance and advertising services for bus shelters and associated infrastructure across North East Lincolnshire. The current number of shelters is 84 installed and 52 of these shelters has the capacity for the provider to sell advertising.

The purpose of this Preliminary Market Engagement (PME) is to make the market aware of the Authority's intention to procure a provider for the above and gather feedback on its ideas.
