Supply of Transit Custom Trail

Purchase of ten Transit Custom Trail Vehicles for HMCG. These are all wheel drive vehicle replacements to upgrade the existing smaller operational support vehicles which will then be moved to replace coastguard rescue vehicles lost during accident, beyond economical repair and to replace older pickups with a modern euro 6 engine reducing carbon emissions whilst maintaining operational effectiveness.

This purchase has been faciliated by using the Government Commercial Agency Purchase of Standard and Specialist Vehicles framework agreement (reference RM6244).
