TfGM Internal alterations at Piccadilly Place (Basement)

TfGM require a sole Supplier to complete a number of internal alteration works, in the basement, at TfGM's headquarters in Manchester.

The chosen Supplier must be able to start and complete these works as soon as possible after contract award and complete within a 12-week period.

The works will include providing x 2 additional showers, new changing facilities and specialised equipment room, within the basement area of TfGM's headquarters building.
