The Crown Estate - Urban Portfolio Residential Gas and Electricity Supply

The Crown Estate intends to procure a contract for the supply of electricity and gas to its London Residential portfolio.

The requirement is expected to comprise:

Electricity: approximately 0.192 GWh annual consumption across 20 supply points

Gas: approximately 0.939 GWh annual consumption across 4 supply points

The figures above are based on the previous 12 months' consumption and are indicative only. Actual volumes may vary during the contract term.

The procurement is expected to cover retail supply of utility energy to the identified portfolio supply points, including associated account management, billing and customer support services.
