The extension of the Client Relation Team for the Southeast Hub Build

The extension of the Client Relation Team for the Southeast Hub Build to deliver a New Logistics Hub, a new building incorporating Offices, Labs, Workshops, Garages and associated parking and landscaping.

The objectives of the requirement are to:

• Ensure successful delivery of the capital build programme through to completion in June 2027
• Maintain robust cost, commercial and contract management
• Provide effective programme and project management oversight
• Ensure delivery remains aligned to time, cost and quality expectations
• Maintain continuity of knowledge and minimise delivery risk

The scope of this requirement is to provide a fully integrated Client Representative Team supporting delivery of the Southeast Hub programme through to June 2027.

The consultancy service includes:

• Programme and project management
• Cost and commercial management
• NEC contract administration
• Risk, issue and change management
• Stakeholder coordination and reporting
