The opportunity is for a technology and customer service platform supplier to support delivery of SYMCA's new e-bikes project. The Platform Supplier shall provide and operate a digital platform that supports both the operational delivery of the scheme and the achievement of the wider programme objectives, including:

• Subscription and Payment Management
• Customer Qualification and Checks
• Insurance and Theft Management
• Asset Tracking and Bike Allocation
• Customer Order Ticketing
• IoT (Internet of Things) Integration, including GPS Tracking
